Dear Crew members,
Dale and myself have been meeting with actors rehearsing scenes. It's fun to see how it all comes together. Dale has made significant changes in the script which are exciting. The time comes closer now that we should get together and see what needs to be done as the shoot will happen soon.
Dale, Chad, and myself will contact you very soon to see how we can line up meetings so that everyone will be informed and ready for their parts.
I am looking forward to working with everyone. Thank you for being available for the production.
